177ph Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "177ph," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the 177ph online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 177ph.net, operated under PAGCOR regulation.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the 177ph platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual upon completing the 177ph registration process.
• "Services" means all gaming products, sports betting markets, live casino, sabong, bingo, slot machines, and any other features made available through the 177ph platform.
• "Funds" means any real-money Philippine Peso (PHP) balance held in a player's 177ph account wallet, including deposits and verified winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a player's account as part of a 177ph promotion, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that 177ph is required to conduct under PAGCOR regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body responsible for licensing and overseeing 177ph's operations.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements of the Republic of the Philippines applicable to online gaming and sports betting, including PAGCOR's regulatory framework.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 177ph platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. These documents collectively form the complete agreement between you and 177ph.

If you are accessing 177ph on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms, and that you personally meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

177ph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players will be notified of material changes via the registered email address on file or via an in-platform notice.

3. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an active account on 177ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR's minimum age requirement for online gaming and sports betting in the Philippines.
2. You are a resident of, or are physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting via 177ph is lawful and permitted.
3. You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
4. You do not already hold an active or suspended account on the 177ph platform.
5. You are not self-excluded from 177ph or from gambling under any PAGCOR-administered exclusion programme.
6. You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of 177ph or any of its affiliated gaming suppliers or partners.

177ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued Philippine identification, proof of age, and proof of address. Players who fail to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 177ph may have their account suspended and withdrawals withheld pending verification.

Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. 177ph reserves the right to void all bets, forfeit all balances, and permanently terminate any account found to have been registered using false information, and to report such conduct to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

4. Account Management

Each player may hold only one registered account on 177ph. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or replacement accounts — including accounts created after a suspension or termination — is strictly prohibited. 177ph uses technical and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts, and any such accounts identified will be suspended and their balances voided.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your 177ph login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
• All activities conducted through your account, regardless of whether those activities were authorised by you.
• Ensuring that your account information — including your registered name, date of birth, contact email, and Philippine peso payment details — remains accurate and up to date at all times.
• Notifying 177ph support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

177ph will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 177ph that requests your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

177ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion if it determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, to other players, or to compliance with Applicable Law and PAGCOR regulations.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 177ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 177ph supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for verified Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional channels may be added or removed at 177ph's discretion without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 177ph account wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier section of the platform and are subject to change. 177ph does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account holder name used for your most recent verified deposit. This anti-money laundering requirement is non-negotiable. Withdrawal requests are subject to:

• Completion of all applicable KYC verification steps on your account.
• Satisfaction of any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your current balance.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds as displayed in the 177ph cashier at the time of the request.
• Processing time frames that vary by payment method — GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) business hours; bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

177ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request before processing. Funds that are found to have been deposited through fraudulent means, or that are subject to a chargeback or payment reversal, will be voided immediately and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

177ph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing with their 177ph account.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per eligible player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering rollover requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiple is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering contributions towards rollover requirements vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage as specified per promotion.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are forfeited if a withdrawal request is made before the rollover requirement is met.
• 177ph reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are not transferable and have no cash value outside the platform.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets on the 177ph platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or market interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, the individual game rules shall prevail for that specific game or market.

General betting and gaming conditions include:

• Finality of results: All game outcomes and betting results determined by 177ph's certified systems are final once settled. Results generated by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live game events are not subject to reversal except in cases of a verified technical malfunction.
• Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical error that interrupts a game or bet, 177ph reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the relevant stake to the player's account. This is the sole remedy available to players in such circumstances.
• Cancelled events: For sports betting markets, if an event is cancelled or abandoned before the required play-through condition is met, all open bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum payouts: 177ph applies maximum single-event payout limits across all product verticals. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and are updated periodically at 177ph's discretion.
• Bet acceptance: 177ph reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on erroneous odds, bets that exceed applicable limits, or bets placed in violation of these Terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 177ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets, access game content, or interact with the 177ph platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors in odds, or technical malfunctions to place bets with an artificially advantaged outcome.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or using the 177ph platform to conceal proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Providing false identity, age, or residency information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts in violation of the single-account rule.
• Conducting unauthorised commercial activities, including the resale of 177ph credits, platform access, or account services to third parties.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour towards 177ph staff or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by Applicable Law.

9. Responsible Gaming

177ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. We operate in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and offer the following player welfare tools directly within the platform:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their account at any time through the account settings panel.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure time-in-session alerts to receive a notification after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the 177ph responsible gaming page or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 177ph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, or publicly display any 177ph content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the 177ph platform.
• Use the 177ph name, logo, or brand marks in any way that implies an endorsement, affiliation, or partnership that does not exist.
• Create derivative works based on 177ph content for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of 177ph intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent of Applicable Law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, 177ph's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

177ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Interruption, delay, or failure of access to the 177ph platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 177ph's reasonable control.
• Loss of winnings resulting from a verified technical malfunction where the affected bet or game round has been voided in accordance with Section 7.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to secure their login credentials.
• Decisions made by a player based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional terms.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit 177ph's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Applicable Law.

12. Privacy and Data

177ph collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account on 177ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the 177ph Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during the registration, KYC, and ongoing account operation process is used for the following primary purposes:

• Verifying your identity, age, and eligibility to use the 177ph platform.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses.
• Complying with PAGCOR regulatory reporting obligations and Philippine anti-money laundering requirements.

177ph reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to any mandatory notice requirements under PAGCOR regulations or Applicable Law. The revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the 177ph platform after any amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any amended terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and withdraw your remaining balance before the effective date of the revisions.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the use of the 177ph platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with 177ph's internal dispute resolution outcome may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the Corporation's official player complaint channels.

177ph and the player agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation and 177ph's internal complaints procedure before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
